Our edge data centers are designed to take the processing of IOT data as close to the source as possible. However, even though they are designed for remote locations and often powered by a combination of renewable energy and battery backup, most of the offerings in the market today are delivered as 2 or more 20FEU shipping containers which is just too large for many markets.

Alternatively edge solutions are collocated with telecoms infrastructure such as cell sites, which are often too small for more sophisticated use cases.

MidoriDC was designed by a team of experienced data center and cloud professionals to bridge this huge gap in the market.

Our smallest sites can be less than 650sq meters and consist of a single pod roughly the size of an office filing cabinet. Such a site can support up to 10Kwh of power consumption with spare capacity for battery charging and even reselling surplus energy to the grid, if desired.

Sites can scale up from there to 4000sqm, which allow for custom cabinets hosting 5 to 10 racks or even partner offerings using a shipping container footprint for very large sites.

MidoriDCs are being rolled out in a number of countries in Asia Pacific and the Middle East in both new build solar farms and existing solar facilities.
